How do I place an order?+
Complete the inquiry form with your event date, dessert type, quantity, theme, and inspiration. We’ll follow up to confirm availability and provide a quote.
Is a deposit required?+
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. Your order is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
How far ahead should I order?+
We recommend reaching out at least 2–3 weeks ahead. Larger or highly detailed orders may need more notice. Last-minute availability varies.
Can you match my colors or theme?+
Absolutely. Share your invitation, color palette, or inspiration photos and we’ll create a coordinated design. Each order is custom, so exact replicas may vary.
Where do I pick up my order?+
Pickup details and the scheduled pickup window are provided when your order is confirmed. Please arrive on time so your desserts are fresh and event-ready.
